Composition

Trypsin Chymotrypsin 50000 AR + Diclofenac Potassium BP 50 mg. + Paracetamol IP 325 mg.Tablets

Indications

• Traumatic Wound Injuries
• Fractures & Dislocations
• Tooth Extractions
• Post-operative Pain

Contraindications

Trypsin Chymotrypsin: Contraindicated to the patients with severe lever & kidney impairment, peptic ulcer, high vitreous pressure & hypersensitivity to it.

Diclofenac: Contraindicated in the following patients: Known hypersensitivity (e.g., anaphylactic reactions and serious skin reactions) to diclofenac or any components of the drug product. History of asthma, urticaria, or other allergic-type reactions after taking aspirin or other NSAIDs.

Paracetamol:Before taking acetaminophen, tell your doctor or pharmacist if you are allergic to it; or if you have any other allergies. This product may contain inactive ingredients, which can cause allergic reactions or other problems. Talk to your pharmacist for more details. Before using this product, tell your doctor or pharmacist your medical history, especially of: liver disease, regular use/abuse of alcohol.

Side Effects

GI disturbances, nephrotic syndrome, epigastric pain, nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, hepatitis, rash, pruritus, wheezing, bronchospasm, prolonged bleeding time,bleeding or perforation through peptic ulcer, rarely blood dyscrasia or anaphylaxis, acute renal failure.

Dosage

Adult: 1 tablet thrice daily. Dosage may be increased or decreased according to the condition.
