Indications

• Diabetic Neuropathy
• Alcoholic Neuropathy
• Post Herpetic Neuralgia
• Reflux Sympathetic Dystrophy
• Fibromyalgia
• Neuropathic Pain

Contraindications

Methylcobalamin:

Conditions:

• Low amount of potassium in the blood
• Leber's hereditary optic atrophy
• Atrophic Gastritis
• Past history of complete removal of stomach
• Allergies:
• Cobalt
• Cobalamin And Derivatives

Pregabalin:

Conditions:

• Severely decreased platelets
• Having thoughts of suicide
• Depression
• Decrease in the sharpness of vision
• Atrioventricular heart block
• Suddenly serious symptoms of heart failure
• Chronic heart failure
• Rhabdomyolysis
• Fluid retention in the legs
• Allergies:
• Pregabalin

Side Effects

• Dizziness
• Sleepiness
• Tiredness
• Uncoordinated body movements

Dosage

• Diabetic Neuropathy:Initial dose: 2 times a day
• Post-herpetic Neuralgia:Initial dose: 2-3 times a day
• Fibromyalgia:Initial dose: 2 times a day
• Neuropathic Pain:Initial dose: 2 times a day
